Menu for Week of October 24, 2016

We’re roasting a whole chicken for dinner on Sunday night in order to have “rotisserie chicken” to use for the pizza and the burritos. I haven’t actually bought a rotisserie chicken in years. Chickens that you bring home raw and roast yourself are usually bigger and meatier anyway. Both the pizza and the noodles call for cilantro. Having them together in the same week helps me actually use up an entire bunch of cilantro.

Monday — Thia Chicken Pizza with Thai Peanut Sauce on Forno Bravo Pizza Dough

Tuesday — Pork Fried Rice

Wednesday — Chicken and Bean Burritos

Thursday — Thai Pork and Noodles

Friday — Snack Plate
